Who we are?

We are a family company that began its history with the arrival of Gabriel Correa Uribe to the municipality of Buenos Aires in the department of Cauca, where he settled since the 1940s. Attracted by his interest in mining, he dedicated most of his years to this work; His empirical knowledge and explorations led him to be a recognized miner of the municipality, his greatest passion was shared and he inherited his family made up of Luz Amanda Chavestan and her 13 children. During the mining formalization process, 3 mining titles were granted to the Cooperativa Multiactiva Unión de Mineros de Buenos Aires, -COOMULTIMINEROS-, an entity of which Gabriel Correa Uribe was the founder and which his sons later joined. Years later, our company was legally constituted on July 11, 2013, after more than 60 years of presence and pleasantly compensated work in the municipality; We decided to formalize our activity to contribute to technological and environmental standards and various requirements implemented by the Law; We opted for the growth and development of mining in our country.
